It turns out I am not alone in considering the potential of these nineties superbikes.

GCN did a show where they put the MCR to the test and discussed some hypotheticals about what might be done to improve their results.

My MCR is well ahead of their thoughts and whilst not at the absolute edge of weight weenieness, a good representation of what is possible.
